An expert turner with extensive hands-on shop-floor experience, he began ANN Engineers with just one conventional lathe. Through skill, discipline, and relentless commitment to quality, he transformed a modest setup into a reliable precision manufacturing enterprise serving diverse industrial requirements. Mr. Anthony’s leadership is rooted in financial discipline, technical mastery, and ethical values. His prudent approach to growth ensured stability, consistency, and long-term sustainability—laying a strong foundation for the company’s future. Head of Operations
Mr. Austin Anthony oversees the day-to-day operations at ANN Engineers and represents the second generation of leadership, carrying forward the company’s legacy of precision and reliability. With strong CNC programming skills and a solid understanding of modern manufacturing processes, Austin bridges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary production techniques. He plays a key role in translating customer drawings into efficient machining programs, optimizing cycle times, and ensuring accuracy and repeatability on the shop floor. Austin manages daily manufacturing activities, production coordination, scheduling, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are executed smoothly and delivered on time. His hands-on approach, combined with operational discipline, helps maintain consistent quality and responsiveness to customer requirements. Focused on continuous improvement and scalable operations, Austin Anthony contributes to ANN Engineers’ evolution as a dependable, future-ready engineering partner.
Mr. Satish Nair
Head of Production & Shop Floor
Mr. Satish Nair leads the production function at ANN Engineers, with overall responsibility for manufacturing operations, process control and output quality. A master craftsman with expert knowledge of shop-floor processes, Mr. Satish brings deep hands-on experience across machining, fabrication, and finishing operations. His thorough understanding of tools, materials, tolerances, and workflows ensures that every component is produced to exact specifications. Known for his punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail, he enforces structured production planning, efficient manpower utilization, and strict adherence to delivery schedules. He plays a key role in minimizing rework, improving productivity, and maintaining consistent quality across batches.
